I am BK Thomas, Lead Designer of DBC Design Services, LLC. We are a partnership of professional (i.e., Architect, Engineering, Contractor, etc) that specialize in the developing and designing of new and existing residential and commercial structures. We can take your rough ideas and produce a set of plans that will pass through the approving authorities (i.e., County, City and Home Owners Associations). We especially enjoy working with contractors that do not have access to professional to produce their clients' projects.

We can also convert these documents into various industry standard formats (i.e., dwg, dwf, pdf, jpg, tif, or dxf, etc.). We have been providing computer aided drafting services for over 18 years. Allow us the opportunity to discuss how DBC can design, draft, convert or consolidate your valuable plans.

We also offer 3D modeling utilizing graphics and state of the art rendering programs to create models, lighting effects. We can create new project from a rough sketch or just from our clients simple to complex, conceptual design. 3D Modeling is created from sketches, photographs, and/or CAD files supplied by the client. Once the project is modeled, we can then animate it in a number of creative ways to accentuate the positive aspects of your project.

We are also pleased to announce that BK Thomas, Lead Designer has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Professional Accreditation (AP) designation through the U.S. Green Building Council. We offer the ability to design our clients' green commercial and residential structures.
